Property manager at the heart of operations
The manager is required to manage the many relational challenges of real estate management, while ensuring the accounting and administrative management of the real estate assets under his/her responsability. Thanks to his great interpersonal skills and his analytical mind, the person will have the mission of ensuring the satisfaction of tenants and owners by respecting the budgets established in the exercise of the annual operation of his real estate portfolio. Always with a concern for performance and rigor, it must ensure an excellent occupancy rate within its park in addition to ensuring the maintenance and improvement of the condition of the building.

Required qualifications :
- University degree in business administration or any other combination of training and professionnal experience relevant to the job
- Knowledge of the real estate or construction environment
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a position related to customer service operations
- Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written
- Ability to hold basic conversation in English with English-speaking tenants and landlords
- Ease of navigation with different technological tools
