The marketing coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating marketing activities to support our rental housing marketing strategy and our various corporate communications. This person main mission will be te coordinate and implement the following marketing actions;
- Creation and editing of our housing ads on our various platforms
- Management of advertising campaigns
- Creation of content on our social networks
- Management of our various websites
- Creation and management of physical posters on our buildings
- Analysis of the performance of various campaigns and initiatives
- Organization and participation in promotional events
- Management of brand image

Required qualifications:
- College diploma in communication, marketing, business administration or any other combination of training and professional experience interesting for the job
- Hold a minimum of two years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, campaign management, SEO)
- Excellent command of the French language, both orally and in writing
- Comfortable navigating with different technological tools
- Knowledge of the real estate industry (asset)
