Building maintenance manager
Job Description
Perform various maintenance and minor repair tasks on residential buildings. Have good knowledge in various trades to identify, repair, or refer to professionals such as electricians, plumbers, and general contractors, depending on the work to be done. The employee must use their vehicle and possess a valid driver's license. Multiple buildings in Trois-Rivières.
- Salary Scale for the Position: Starting from $22, depending on experience;
- Other Compensation: Expense allowance and mileage reimbursement;
- For permanent/full-time employees: group insurance after 3 months, paid leave on the anniversary date, and RVER after 1 year;
- 37.5 - 40 hours/week
Various Conditions
Must possess tools and a vehicle to travel to different work locations. For the full-time position, after a 3-month training period based on experience, the candidate must be available one week every 2 months to respond to emergency calls in the evening and on weekends on call. A $100 bonus is paid for this availability.
Education: High school diploma; 1 to 6 months of experience.
